how it works
- Fill out the Badge Program Request Form.
- Choose your badge(s).
- We'll set you up with a unique login for the website.
- Once logged in, you'll be able to view your badge(s), enter the employee's name and title, and checkout easily!
- Our team will process your badge orders and send them directly to print or reach out with any questions.
additional program details
- We will contact you to provide a selection of badges available for the program, as well as providing pricing, attachment options, and finalizing artwork for the badge.
- Pre-pay for 25 badges or more to receive your bulk discount.
- Pricing will be custom quoted based on the badge type and bulk quantity.
- Minimum order is 25 pieces and higher volumes receive additional price breaks.
- Our designers can setup the design for you or you can submit your own.
- Design fees may apply and will be quoted for you.
- We will provide an initial proof and order agreement for your approval before finalizing the program.
- All badges in your order will have the same artwork template, however you can submit the employee name and title with each order on an as-needed basis.
- Each order ships via U.S. mail for a flat rate of $5.50 per badge.
- Cost includes storage of badges, fulfillment, and postage.

Badge programs will be cancelled if there are two full years of inactivity. Refunds will not be provided due to inactivity.
Artwork for badge programs cannot be changed once approved. Bulk pricing is based on the entire order being printed with the same design and the only customization is the Employee Name & Title.
